Guangdong Gospower Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. Carried Out CQC Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Grade Evaluation

From April 1 to April 2, 2021, the Intelligent Manufacturing evaluation Business operation Center of China Quality Certification Center organized an evaluation expert group to carry out intelligent manufacturing capability evaluation work in Guangdong Gospower Electrical Technology Co., LTD., and three evaluation experts from the center and the comprehensive Technical and economic Research Institute of machinery industry Instrumentation conducted a 2-day on-site review.

Guangdong Gospower Electrical Technology Co., LTD., established in 2019, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of "Shenzhen Gospower" established in Songshan Lake, Dongguan City. The main business covers communication power supply, Power Over Ethernet (POE), industrial application power supply, server power supply, data center power system, electric vehicle application power supply and other fields.

As the manufacturing center of Gospower, our company has developed a sound intelligent manufacturing development plan, good equipment and automation foundation, online detection means have been formed and applied, MES planning and scheduling module is more perfect, and advanced ERP and OA systems have been built, the whole has realized the coordination of three business software.

During the review, the expert group based on the two national standards GB/T 39116-2020 "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model" and GB/T 39117-2020 "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Assessment Method", conducted a benchmarking and evaluation of the overall situation of the enterprise by means of interviews, observations, on-site inspections, and document review. Combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, the suggestions on the direction of intelligent improvement are given, which have been unanimously recognized and praised by the expert group.
